Après 6 années en conseil M&A puis en tant que CFO de start-up, je propose mes services en freelance.
Les fonctions financières étant en premier lieu une optimisation du cash et en second lieu un outil d'aide à la décision, je suis en capacité de vous aider dans:
(1) l'optimisation de BFR - process de ventes (Stripe, GoCardless, Virements, etc), paiements (achats, salaires, etc)
(2) le traitement de données et la génération de reportings financier et extra-financiers
(3) aide aux financements et business plans
J'ai le souci de l'automatisation - les tâches répétitives et chronophages n'ont plus lieu d'être en finance. Au besoin, un petit script spécifique à un besoin est un gain de temps énorme. Mon but est de vous accompagner tout en faisant en sorte que vous ayez les infos à disposition.
Je suis surtout friand de toujours apprendre - nouveaux business, nouvelles technologies. Je travaille en autonomie mais j'aime travailler avec les différentes équipes au sein d'une entreprise pour accompagner au mieux, on parle de fonction support!
