My role within the incubator was (i) to co-build the Incubation programs with the internal CEO creating the milestones and objectives to reach for the selected intrapreneurs and (ii) be the Product Manager in charge of one of the incubator projects. An innovative Warehouse Management System for industrial companies. We managed to ship a Beta version in 3-months and sell it to 5 tier-one Vallourec clients.
