Je souhaite mettre à profit mes compétences en gestion de projet RH (mise en place d'enquête collaborateur, définition et implémentation de plans d'actions post enquête). J'ai plus de 7 ans d’expérience en accompagnement de grandes entreprises et d’équipes internationales cherchant à améliorer leur expérience collaborateur.

J’interviens sur des missions de management de projets RH, amélioration des pratiques RH, analyse de données (engagement survey) et initiatives d’engagement des collaborateurs. Mon expérience de Team Leader chez Great Place To Work m’a permis de piloter des équipes, de conduire des transformations organisationnelles et de conseiller des comités de direction sur la mise en place d'action visant à améliorer la performance et la culture d’entreprise.
