It generated the best scenario between 50 different brands in 15 countries, and multiple type of deals like carve-out, share deal or asset deal.-Decision making model for a telco company. This model computed the margins of a dozen of offers. It included a dashboard to efficitiently analyze which offer was profitable. The complexity relied on the data including direct and global costs to be allocated to different territories.-Payroll computation model for a 400-employee IT services provider. This model aimed at being used on a daily basis by the company business analysts to report to the CFO. It required to be easy to use and straight forward to deliver the information needed.-2 funds flow models that simplified and consolidated the transaction day funds process of significant company acquisitions.-Start-up (data platform in the food industry) Business plan created hand-in-hand with the CEO. The model was used for fund raising.Models reviewed:-Sell side and buy side models of a subsidiary of a French construction industry major group, specialized in the construction and the O&M of parking lots.-Sell side model of the French subsidiary of a global fluidics leader -Sell side model for a Canadian renewable power producer selling its French wind farms and PV power stationsI also worked on analytics projects, such as Geo-Financial Analytics, web-scrapping and geo-coding.
- EYShort-term rotation within the EY Valuation, Modeling & Economics practice in BrusselsCONSULTING AND AUDITSOctober 2019 - December 2019 (3 months)Région de Bruxelles-Capitale, BelgiqueDuring this rotation, I developed a sell-side model for the subsidiary of a Belgian plastic leader (pieces and moulds for vehicles indoors).This was an extremely challenging and complete model for several reasons :-This subsidiary produced various types of goods which implied multiples modeling mechanisms (based on top-line, based on margin, royalties, …)-As this model was requested by a potential buyer, it included a significant level of details (at types of pieces level for sales and costs) and required a lot of discussions groups with both the client and the buyer-As this subsidiary was compounded with several companies in multiplies countries, the model had to deal with intercompany flows retreatments
