Fort d'une expérience de 13 années en cabinet, je conseille et accompagne opérationnellement les dirigeants financiers et leurs équipes dans la conduite de leurs projets.

A ce titre, j'assure la direction de projets ou de programmes de transformation de la fonction Finance sur un large périmètre fonctionnel (controlling, comptabilité...), et ce quelle qu'en soit la phase (cadrage amont à déclinaison opérationnelle).

Je cherche donc à mettre mon esprit d'initiative, mon engagement qualité et mes compétences au service des enjeux prioritaires de mes clients :

Assistance au cadrage et au pilotage de projet finance
Refonte de modèles de gestion, définition du cadre de pilotage de la performance
Evolution des processus prévisionnels (budget, forecast...) et de reporting
Evolution des processus transactionnels coeur finance (R2R, O2C, P2P)
Digitalisation des processus: appui à la mise en oeuvre d'outils transactionnels et décisionnels type ERP et EPM (rôle d'AMOA)
Conduite du changement
Transformation des organisations et évolution des compétences

Mes multiples expériences m'ont également permis de développer des facilités de fonctionnement dans des contextes internationaux et pluri-sectoriels (Industries & Services).

Enfin, mes compétences d'encadrement et mon expérience de management opérationnel en direction financière me permettent également d'accompagner mes clients dans des rôles de management de transition.
