Je conçois et livre des systèmes intelligents en production : agents LLM, pipelines IA, et backends Python à forte charge.

Mon approche : allier la rigueur du backend engineering (FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes) à l'intelligence des architectures agentic (orchestration LLM, RAG, escalation, human-in-the-loop). Je ne fais pas de POC qui restent dans un notebook — je livre des systèmes qui tournent.

Ce que j'apporte concrètement :

→ Agents & IA : orchestration multi-agents, patterns ReAct, escalation LLM avec HITL, RAG avec embeddings, PyTorch, scikit-learn

→ Backend scalable : API FastAPI en production à 15 000 calls/minute à travers l'ensemble du système, architectures workers + message brokers, 200 000 traitements/jour

→ Data platforms : création from scratch sur GCP (BigQuery, Composer, Dataflow), frameworks déclaratifs, pipelines d'ingestion

→ Tech Lead : cadrage fonctionnel, pilotage d'équipe, sprints SAFe, garantie du delivery

Dernière mission : Tech Lead Backend chez FedEx (30 pays, 15 000 chauffeurs, 600 stations) — système de planification de tournées ayant généré 7 M€ de gains.

Backend orchestrant les systèmes experts internes (packages → stops → séquences → API FastAPI). 200k séquences/jour, API à 1 000 calls/min. Pilotage d'équipe, cadrage fonctionnel, sprints SAFe. Remplacement de l'ancien système — gain de 7 M€.
