Launching a new platform Saas from scratch for publishers

➤ Working on strategic and advances roadmaps, to be presented at the product committee meeting

➤ Handling the link between product discovery, delivery & growth

➤ Principal owner of the dashboards and business APIs, following usage (KPIs) and organize discovery sessions to secure and release maximum value.

➤ Designing a new experience and navigation on the console in collaboration with product designer to engage more and more users

➤ Principal owner for the launch of a new product "Source by Mojix" for a new market - building the vision, definition of needs, identifying personas, drafting the product "Lean Canvas", working with a No-code dev tool (Adalo) to create a prototype and present demo to some potential early adopters -

➤ Daily collaboration with the dev & Scrum Master team in US and Bolivia, daily stand-up, backlog refinement, sprint retro, review, planning, weekly tech meetings…

➤ Mentoring and infusing the best product practices

➤ Leading the implementation of a new product organization and process with the engineering team

➤ Initiate and setup the use of Productboard in the product team to communicate better with the stakeholders on priority (backlog) and visibility (release planning) and also to manage better the insights from clients and customer success team.
