Not every company needs a full-time Head of Compliance. Every company needs an effective compliance function.

I support international companies in building, strengthening and leading their compliance function, either as an External Head of Compliance or on strategic compliance projects.

With a background in business law and extensive in-house experience, I have designed and deployed compliance programmes across multiple European countries, covering anti-corruption, business ethics, third-party due diligence, whistleblowing, competition law, sanctions & export controls, internal investigations and compliance governance.

My role goes far beyond drafting policies. I help organisations define their compliance strategy, establish governance, implement practical processes, select the right tools, engage stakeholders and embed a culture of integrity throughout the business.

My objective is simple: build compliance programmes that work in practice, not just on paper.
