• • Responsible for execution of remodel Projects across Walmart stores in the Midwest Region 25 (Illinois, Indiana & Missouri).

• • Ensure compliance with Walmart & OSHA procedures for the operation of heavy equipment PLE's and guiding Associates to industry best practices for operations.

• • Laiase with Store Management for store transformation and operational efficiency during remodel projects.

• • Organize project timelines and deliverables; communicate project plans and deliverables to key stakeholders; direct associates and vendors on processes and procedures and the review of new modular plans

• • Verify procurement and deliveries of fixtures from the Regional Real Estate Warehouse (RREW) are synchronized with project schedules without delays

• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, architects); identify and implement design modifications

• • Ensure implementation of Walmart's document management system to all collaborating entities/departments

• • Maintain strong working relationship with contractors and associates/colleagues to ensure quality service delivery.

• • Oversee compliance of government regulations with Church activities.

• • Led the preparation, approval of budgets and oversight of large equipments acquisition

• • Present yearly, quarterly and monthly reports to directors of the church and Congregation for accountability.

• • Managed various complex projects. Components include financial, cost control, budget review, sub-contract management, document submittal, client relations, reporting and quality control.

• • Developed project management plan defining scope, objectives, GANTT chart, financial excel plan, risk ranking, management plan, product specifications . Directed client feedback processes after Interpretation with stategic follow-up methods.
