Content Manager: collecting and organising conferences' materials, speakers' management, ensuring overall coordination of 70+ online conferences (with 300+ speakers)

2) EU Hydrogen Week (2021)

Content and Speakers' manager + Technical support: translation of conference programme into comprehensive show flow (complete with all materials, speakers' contacts, setting notes etc), session support with testing and preparation of speakers (online and onsite)

3) NBS Education - Let Nature be the Solution (2021)

Onsite technical support: onsite setup and general support, online support on Interactio platform, slide and poll (Sli.do) sharing, Sli.do moderation

4) EU Industry Days 2022

Head of Speakers' Management: coordination of a team of six persons communicating and liaising with international stakeholders to ensure the successful building and design of online and hybrid conferences throughout four days. 70 sessions, 300 speakers.

5) RFCS Summit 2022

Content Manager: contact with clients, coordination of online streaming and networking, preparation of technical scripts for streaming, onsite support for speakers, participants and event moderators

6) The New European Bauhaus Festival (2022)

Assistant to the project director: direct point of contact between the core team's directors and the different units (copywriting, secretariat, production...), follow up with suppliers, preparation of reporting and briefing reports, support with collection of KPIs, taking notes during meetings - non exhaustive

My duties as an intern include research, cataloguing publications and organizing conferences, from reaching out to speakers to finding venues.
