• Deal flow, due diligence, and portfolio advisory for investors (Family offices, BA, VC, PE) on the health-span and wellness vertical

• External/part-time business and strategic partnership development C-level executive for funds, corporations, and startups with a focus on longevity, anti aging, and wellness

Since 2013, Bpifrance, Public Investment Bank, has become the one stop shop for entrepreneurs with a vastly comprehensive toolbox from public financing to coaching. Currently occupying a pivotal role in a publicly supported entrepreneurial hub, I was part of Bpifrance's innovation department, managing a team of 6 people. Our mission encompassed a wide range of responsibilities aimed at empowering and propelling innovative companies, including start-ups, scale ups, and SMEs, to thrive in the global market. Within this dynamic environment, my core responsibilities involved: 1. Cultivating strategic partnerships with international innovation ecosystems, both in the public and private sectors. 2. Designing comprehensive programs that support innovative companies throughout their entire journey, from ideation to execution. These programs encompass financing, support services, coaching, and consulting, with the ultimate goal of enabling these companies to access global markets via collaborative research and development (R&D) or innovation projects. Such as French/Singaporean accelerator 3. Serving as the representative of France within the Eureka Network, as the official French National Point of Contact (NPC), the world's largest public network for international cooperation in innovation, operating across more than 45 countries. 4. Overseeing the operations of the #Eurostars program, part of the #EurekaNetwork, with a focus on facilitating funding and support for eligible projects. 5. Overseeing guidance and assistance to start-ups, scale-ups, and SMEs seeking relevant European financing opportunities, particularly within the framework of the Horizon Europe program, including support to successful applicants of the #EICAccelerator. In addition, my role was to act as a crucial link and resource for fostering international collaboration working closely with Ministries, embassies, research organisations as well as private VC and PE funds.

I had the privilege of being part of relaunching the "French Fab" as Project Officer for 9 months, contributing to the growth and promotion of the French ecosystem of industrial and manufacturing companies. La French Fab is a platform and community that gather the exceptional technological advancements of both national champions and SMEs. During my tenure, I had the following roles and opportunities: 1. Conducted a successful audit and formulated a strategic plan, presented and approved by the board, to capitalize on the French Fab concept, ensuring its industry relevance and value proposition. 2. Established and expanded a community of regional ambassadors, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among CEOs from industrial SMEs across France. 3. Cultivated strategic partnerships with ecosystem stakeholders, fostering synergies and promoting innovation and growth (public and private sector). 4. Led the formation of the esteemed Founders Members Committee, including organizations such as the Ministry of Economy (Directorate General for Enterprise), Business France, France Industrie, French Regions, and Alliance Industrie du Futur. 5. Oversaw and coordinated communication activities with inhouse teams (online and offline community building, and events) 6. Served as a pivotal point of contact between institutions and the network of industrial CEOs and stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration. My time as the French Fab Project Officer allowed me to make substantial contributions to the growth and recognition of the French industrial and manufacturing sector along Bpifrance teams. I am proud to have played a key role in promoting French industrial excellence and fostering a thriving and committed community of industrial leaders throughout France.
