Sodexo Benefits & Rewards Services (BRS) provides innovative payment solutions around cards and mobile solutions, and works at improving a more satisfying work-life balance, as well as greater personal development and professional recognition. I am Compliance & Internal Control Manager for the Sodexo's Benefits & Rewards activity (~35 countries across the world) managing 1 person, and in charge of :

- Defining & deploying a complete ABAC compliance programme based on Sodexo Group requirements (Focus on Sapin 2, UKBA, FCPA and "Devoir de vigilance"), and on AML/FT for all Sodexo BRS

- Leading the development of Compliance programs for BRS, working with managers based across various geographies, and maintain an appropriate compliance framework

- Representing Sodexo BRS in Compliance Group-wide projects and committees

- Promoting a culture of compliance via regular interactions with entities' Compliance Professionals

- Creating and reviewing compliance policies, guidelines, etc.

- Leading the coordination of the Compliance Risk Assessment process for BRS to produce the annual risk based Compliance Action Plan

- Developing and maintaining high quality Compliance Management Information to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the BRS teams including proactive identification, tracking and reporting on issues and actions, to ensure timely execution.
