I played a key role in the firm's growth through clients' missions and Adamantia internal projects. I collaborated with multiple departments from my clients (e.g. Businesses, IT, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Audit).

 Clients' projects:

• Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency, governance, and risk management

• Designe & implement organizational transformation initiatives to align the operations with the business strategy

• Develop and structure reporting frameworks to enhance decision-making and performance tracking

 Adamantia internal projects:

• Create a new practice on Conduct & Culture within Corporations (prospect pitch, round tables, training, missions win)

Within IG, I realized audit assignments on both BNP Paribas business lines and support functions.

 Assess the Auditees' processes, their underlying risks, their control framework and their organization/governance

 Verify the Auditees' strategy is OK with the Group objectives and the regulatory requirements & operational efficiency

 Identify findings and issue recommendations to the audited Management to improve their set up
