Charles Bianchi est un expert en stratégie et transformation d'entreprise avec plus de 20 ans d'expérience, à la fois dans des fonctions de dirigeant et de consultant, en Europe et en Amérique latine.

En tant que consultant indépendant et manager de transition, il conseille depuis plusieurs années des CEO, CDO, COO ou CFO de grandes entreprises, ETI, PME, scale-up et start-ups dans les secteurs du Consumer et du digital.

Il a notamment été Directeur de la Stratégie de GPA (premier retailer du Brésil, filiale de Casino) ; membre du Comité exécutif de la Fnac, où il a successivement piloté la stratégie, les activités commerciales en France, puis la filiale brésilienne ; et COO de Pixmania, un acteur majeur du e-commerce européen.
Auparavant, il a travaillé sept ans chez McKinsey & Company comme consultant.

Diplômé d’HEC Paris (1996), Charles a également suivi l'executive program de Singularity University dans la Silicon valley. Il parle couramment français, anglais, espagnol et portugais.
