Après 6 ans d’expérience en tant que technicienne en anesthésie et réanimation, j’ai choisi de me reconvertir dans le domaine des ressources humaines, suite à l'obtention de mon diplôme en psychologie du travail et GRH. Forte de 8 années d’expérience dans ce secteur, j’ai développé une solide expertise en recrutement et en chasse de têtes à l’échelle internationale. J’ai également élargi mes compétences en gestion de projets RH et en développement des compétences. Par ailleurs, j’interviens comme formatrice dans les domaines des ressources humaines, SST et des soft skills.
