I was Product Owner at EssilorLuxottica Instruments in the digital team. We created the new process to transforme the team in an Agile Team.

We developped an innovative solution for the optic market worldwide. The solution is a digital tool for optometrist which allows a better user experience for them and their patients. As a P.O (Product Owner) in a SCRUM Team, I am the central communication point between all stakeholders to facilitate the communication.

- Clients, Project Managers, marketing, business & support team and the developers & UX/UI Team I have to prioritize the development of our application depending on multiple criteria. Thanks to a great organized backlog, I am in charge of the quality & speed of the delivery that I have to test and show to external stakeholders. I used their feedbacks to improve the solution step by step. What is important ? The priorization of all requests and focus on the end users needs! I am helping the team to understand the client's needs to push them to create Product Value I am also close to some Clients & Key Account to participate to the strategic vision of the product and lead integration of our solution in the Pilot stores. Our work is based on Agile Methodes (SCRUM, Lean, SAFe). Test & Learn that's how we do to find the best solutions
