Leading user research initiatives to support strategic product decisions across the Poker and Casino verticals in a fast-paced B2C environment. My role focuses on turning user insights into actionable levers to drive business outcomes, with a particular focus on:

Reducing churn through better onboarding and feature comprehension

Increasing engagement via gamification and mission systems

Improving conversion on key flows (registration, tournament entry, bonus usage)

I work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to ensure user needs are embedded early in the product lifecycle and directly inform prioritization and UX strategy.

Here are some key aspects of my role:

• I developed comprehensive research plans, including defining research objectives, selecting appropriate methodologies, and creating interview guides and surveys.

• I conducted in-depth interviews and observations to gather qualitative insights, uncover user behaviors, pain points, motivations, and preferences.

• I organized and facilitated usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of Café's digital products. I collected user feedback and identified areas for improvement.

• I analyzed both qualitative and quantitative data to extract meaningful insights and generate actionable recommendations for product enhancements.

• I worked closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure that user insights were integrated into the product development process. And make strong recommendations

• I advocated for a user-centered approach and continuously sought opportunities to improve the user research process, methodologies, and tools used at Café.
