I have over 15 years' experience working at the intersection of organisational and human development. I started my career as a development director and senior manager in IT consulting and now work as a professional coach and trainer.

My international career, which has taken me from London to Rome to Singapore, has enabled me to evolve in rich and complex multicultural environments. This diversity has broadened my worldview, honed my adaptability, and reinforced my belief that the leaders of tomorrow are those who dare to step off autopilot and cultivate a more conscious, aligned, and enlightened style of leadership.

Depuis plus de 15 ans, j’agis au croisement du développement des organisations et de l’humain : d’abord comme directrice du développement et manager senior dans le conseil IT, aujourd’hui comme coach professionnelle et formatrice.
