Committed and focused, I am a professional with 20 years of
experience in encouraging the transformation of society, through
innovative solutions and services, setting the community and people
at the centre of everything.
Since 2002 I have been collaborating with the European
Commission. For the current Horizon Europe framework program
with a budget of over € 95 billion, my commitment as a Innovation
Expert is to assess and fund projects looking for Europe's next
innovation leaders, identify radically new future and disruptive
technologies or unconventional collaborations. Additionally, my
responsibility as a chairperson is to improve the evaluation design
ensuring a fair and transparent process and to lead groups of
experts, monitoring and assessing their work. I am also part of the
intergovernmental EUREKA network for international cooperation
in innovation where I assess and advise on planning, due diligence,
dissemination strategies and routes to tackle appropriate markets.
Passionate and curious lifelong learner, I was fortunate to be
engaged with artistic creation and to be nurtured by reflection on
art from a young age, I also possess the ability of a high-driven
and energetic individual with a can-do, down to earth attitude.
Additionally armed with strong communication skills and a logical
approach to problem solving, I relish changing multicultural and
challenging environments.
