Consultante en rémunération (Compensation & Benefits), j'accompagne les PME et ETI sur la construction et le pilotage de leur politique salariale.

Mon expertise couvre l'ensemble des sujets C&B : construction et révision de grilles de salaire, cartographie et pesée des postes, préparation des campagnes d'augmentation (NAO), analyses d'équité femmes-hommes et mise en conformité avec les obligations de transparence salariale 2026-2027.

J'ai construit cette expertise chez Chanel et Danone, sur des périmètres de 8 à 9 000 collaborateurs. Aujourd'hui, je choisis d'apporter ce niveau d'expertise aux structures plus petites, celles qui font face aux mêmes enjeux de rémunération que les grands groupes, sans toujours disposer d'une équipe C&B en interne.

Ma particularité : je ne livre pas seulement un travail technique. J'intègre systématiquement la dimension communication (supports pour les managers, présentation aux équipes) parce qu'une politique de rémunération ne produit ses effets que si elle est comprise par ceux qui la vivent.

Basée à Lyon, je travaille principalement à distance et me déplace régulièrement, notamment sur Paris, selon les besoins de la mission.
