I began my career at ManoMano, where I helped build the CRM and developed a community of trusted buyers to assist users through a dedicated chat. I then joined Cdiscount as a Project Manager, where I implemented Salesforce for internal purchasing teams and improved their efficiency by optimizing workflows and processes.
