As Project Change and Configuration Manager, I am responsible for planning, tracking, reporting and executing activities relevant

for configuration and change management. These activities include identifying the configurations, configuration items and

baselines; implementing a change control process; ensuring projects deliver all necessary configuration items to the customer;

defining the configuration strategies; and tracking impacts, costs, benefits and risks of the changes.

start of production.

Develop tools in Excel to improve collaboration and work efficiency..

Customer needs evaluation and coordination of the follow-up system within the technical project teams.

Bosch internal technical coordination of the customer's need realization on the ESP braking modulation systems of the
electronic stability control, from the Application part setting of the TCS, BTM, AEB, VDC parameters to the integration and
development of these parameters in the SW, then followed by the VTC validation and verification of the SW on vehicle good
functioning at its delivery under Chip to the customer and at the factory for the industrialization part.
Coordination between the customer and the internal technical project teams: SW, APP, HW, ECU,
Meeting management to validate the Safety FSVT files and subsequently publish them in the Bosch/REN network.

Software approval Check1/Check2 verification and validation procedures for the passage to the QG-4 quality milestone and
for the final delivery of the Baseline SW to the customer and the Plant.

Weekly participation in the Customer Technical Meeting to provide support.
