NCQ DevStudio is a 25-people IT Services company, specialized in marketplace business models and cloud infrastructure, creating user-based digital products. I joined the team to operate the pivot from an IT services to a SaaS software company, structuring Admin, Product & Sales processes.

- Drove the pivot from IT services to a SaaS business model, launching a marketplace SaaS platform MVP,
running discovery with 20+ potential clients, defining Positionning and Go-to-Market strategies.
- Signed 5 major contracts (>€100K each) by implementing an outbound sales strategy and automating sales operations.
- Developed a team of 25 people, including 8 direct reports, establishing robust OKR methodologies to align product, sales, and talent development & acquisition with company objectives.
- Managed legal affairs & contract drafting, preparing company statutes, shareholder agreements, commercial and purchase contracts, and handling claims for unpaid invoices in collaboration with lawyers.
