Today I'm leading programme-level delivery in defence technology at Orqa — coordinating hardware, firmware, software, R&D, and digital transformation initiatives across ISR systems, UAS platforms, and communications technologies.

Over 12 years, my role has evolved from team-level delivery into programme-level coordination where success depends on managing dependencies, aligning stakeholders, reducing delivery risk, and helping organisations make better decisions at scale.

I'm most effective when:

- Multiple teams contribute to the same outcome

- Priorities compete for attention, and someone needs to own the call

- Dependencies slow delivery, and nobody is tracking the critical path

- Leadership needs real visibility, not status games

Not a methodology evangelist. I care about one thing: does delivery move forward, predictably, with the right people making the right decisions at the right time.
