• Établissement d'une stratégie en définissant une politique énergétique qui fixe des objectifs énergétiques sur des périmètres identifiés (sites …)

• Réalisation du diagnostic énergétique

• Définition du plan d'actions pour atteindre les objectifs fixés

• Réalisation du modèle économique pour la solution proposée

Minister of Industry Advisor's & International Expert in partnership with the German Technical Cooperation Agency – GIZ (Projects financed by GIZ on behalf of the Ministry) in charge of two strategic projects: Purpose of the mission: Development project for a ground-mounted solar power plant with a capacity of 75 MWp As part of the restructuring of 4 energy-intensive industrial companies under the supervision of the Ministry of Industry, energy self-production development project

• Sizing of the solar power plant

• Pre-feasibility study

• Research and choice of land

• Establishment of cooperation agreements for the financing of the necessary studies

• Organization and implementation of the project team with the companies concerned

• Project management and coordination of the various actions Purpose of the mission: Digitalization project for the services of the Ministry and the structures under its supervision

• Analysis of the existing situation and identification of target business needs

• Implementation of a strategic vision in line with the objectives

• Definition of the industrial digital journey and identification of projects

• Prioritization of projects and launch of calls for tenders for the realization

• Steering and monitoring of the project

Project in collaboration with Finergreen MENA, financed by the World Bank on behalf of the Tunisian State The purpose of the mission: Analysis of the progress of photovoltaic projects under the authorization regime in Tunisia, blockages, risks, and financing:

• Analysis of the regulatory framework, contractual documents, instruments and financing conditions specific to renewable energy projects under the authorization regime, based on interviews carried out with the various stakeholders (DFI, institutions, developers, banks local...)

• Based on the results of the diagnosis, proposal of solutions to remove the barriers identified with a detailed action plan.
