I am Danish, based in France with a multi international experience.

I have +15 years exp working for firms like KORN/FERRY and HEIDRICK & STRUGGLES, and INHOUSE for NOKIA HQ heading the European Talent Acquisition Team and created an Internal Executive Recruitment solution to help them save costs on search fees.

I've been independent/freelance since 10 years and helped companies in Europe building inhouse Search capabilities, and managed operational search assignments in tech/digital and HealthCare primarily but I have worked in many other sectors.
