En phase de construction : Architecture de l’information, optimisation de flux complexes (back-office, outils experts) et mise en place de Design Systems robustes.

Récemment, j’ai piloté pour Michelin la refonte totale de ViaMichelin : un passage stratégique d'un outil utilitaire vers un écosystème de "Slow Travel". J'y ai mené la réflexion prospective tout en encadrant une équipe de designers pour garantir une exécution de haute qualité.

Led the ViaMichelin design pivot — from a pure navigation tool to a more editorial, “slow travel” discovery experience focused on places and local curation.

Had to navigate quite a few constraints along the way (legacy tech, ads model, business expectations), while still pushing for a meaningful product shift.

Ran user research and workshops with product teams to explore and validate new directions, often through quick prototyping and iterations.

Managed a small team (3 designers) and worked closely with leadership (CEO, PM) to keep design aligned with an evolving roadmap.

Built a multi-platform Design System from scratch (200+ components), used across teams to bring more consistency and speed on the product side.
