• As functional leader drove Regional Operations teams: provide the structure (org structure, roles, career tracks, processes and tools) and support to grow regional teams to 400 people in 30 offices worldwide,

• Managed many transformations (acquisitions, market expansions, product portfolio diversification, regulation issues, cost optimizations),

• Delivered a 30% team cost reduction in 2 years (2020-2022), implemented Service Levels across 20K clients, reduced the cost of platform issues by 50%, offshored campaign management in India (60p), implemented work automation for both Sales and Support activities driving 170 FTE (full time drove

Restructure and manage the International Operations Team, servicing customers in Enhanced business volume and reduced operational costs by 30%.

• Refocused the business on 3 service lines: Editorial content trading (texts, pictures, videos), Editorial content production, and websites monetization,

• Restructured the Unit from 30 to 20 people and managed the transition,

• Transformed traditional ordering and delivery processes into fully digitalized and online workflows (700.000 archived pictures available for online ordering), 50% of the orders becoming fully automated,

• Improved negotiation position and set up frame contracts with top 10 suppliers,

• Implemented worldwide online advertising platform (1 billion impressions monthly),
