Description

In 2004 Benoit Luce started to work for BUF company (Paris) as a 3D artist on Luc Besson's animated feature « Arthur and The Invisibles ».

In 2007 Benoit went in Asia where he worked as a VFX supervisor for movies and projects between China, Singapore and Turkey.

In 2010 he founded Lux Populi VFX in Beijing with Zhiyi Zhang, where they created CG special effects for several movies in China such as « Wolf Totem » directed by Jean-Jacques Annaud, « The Warriors Gate » produced by Europa Corp, « Mojin the lost legend » directed by Wu Ershan, and many others.

Along with the production and development of the animated feature « Spycies », Benoit created Lux Populi Production in Paris to create a bridge between the movie industry in China and in Europe.
