Attached to the CTPO in the Tech & Product department i'm in charge of managing the financial part of the IT.

It is a co-construction of workflows with the various IT, Finance and HR departments :

- Building, negotiation, management of contracts with service providers or external companies

- management of external personnel, activity reports and invoices.

- implementation of tools for monitoring services

- budget management for the entire IT department

- Lead on the implementation of Slack for all the company's employees.

In charge of the purchasing process and its efficiency, I am central between the daily needs related to the Tech and Produc activities and the Group Finance. My role is to coordinate and facilitate all contractual steps. I help the company to develop and to manage its digital transformation in the respect of the defined financial objectives.

I am responsible for the acquisition of materials, tools and services necessary for the Tech and Product activity and to ensure their proper functioning.

Missions :

In charge of the purchasing process and its efficiency

Purchase of all equipment and services for the Tech and Product department

Negotiation and follow-up of contracts with suppliers / service providers

Set up and follow up of the invoicing

Management of the tools put in place

Definition and follow-up of budgets in conjunction with Group Finance

Implementing the Group's financial policy within the Tech and Product Department.

Centralization of the purchasing process, from the expression of need to the implementation of a product or the integration of a service provider.

Management of the deployment of purchased tools.

Definition and monitoring of CAPEX / OPEX

Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounting statements

Management of audits related to financial flows for IT.

Purchase and implementation of Slack for 500 employees (project + change management)

Implementation of time tracking for the Group's external employees

- organization and implementation of the corporate vision and strategy within the various Scrum teams
