Recruit and interview 2,200+ staff, including creating ads and shortlisting CVs. Develop and conduct training sessions, with preparation of materials and performance feedback. Handle urgent recruitment needs, last-minute changes, and client-driven replacements and manage campaign data for evaluations. Worked on several other projects : Cirque du Soleil, Bombay Sapphir, Toyota, Samsung

I was responsible for managing and optimizing various sales processes.

I contributed to inventory management, ensuring that product availability aligned with demand, while also overseeing order processing and customer service to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
