- GIS and Data Integration: Designed municipal heritage maps (Geoportail / INSPIRE alignment); ran IS/data audits, built semi-automated mapping workflows, and merged cultural + spatial datasets to improve access, consistency, and reuse.

- Project and Stakeholder Management: Coordinated multi-teams (authors, designers, proofreaders, scenographers) across heritage programmes (OKAJU, INPA, Schengen Museum); managed tendering, content production, translation workflows, and stakeholder alignment from brief to delivery.

- Research-to-Deliverables: Produced archival research, iconography sourcing, and multilingual content packaged into usable outputs (exhibition materials, publications, briefs) for non-specialist audiences.

- Change management: Led post-merger stabilisation after the fusion of multiple associations, addressing tensions, rebuilding alignment, and restoring execution capacity.

- Organisational redesign: Reorganised the administrative structure and deployed an operating strategy (processes, responsibilities, governance rhythms) to professionalise management.

- Budget ownership: Own an annual operating budget of ~€500k, aligning spend with priorities and strengthening financial discipline.

- Revenue growth: Increased revenues from visits and on-site sales vs. through improved programming, visitor experience focus, and commercial execution.
