J’accompagne les fondateurs et équipes early-stage en Fractional CTO / CTO sparring pour prendre les bonnes décisions tech, produit et IA sans recruter immédiatement un CTO full-time.
Mon rôle : challenger une roadmap, cadrer un MVP, clarifier une architecture, évaluer des prestataires, préparer un recrutement tech, identifier les risques produit/tech et éviter les choix qui coûtent cher trop tôt.
J’ai un profil hybride founding engineer, VP Engineering et data/platform engineer : IA appliquée, architecture cloud, data platforms, produits B2B, équipes en croissance et environnements startup.
