• Build an effective relationship and work within the Seniors to deliver exceptional business performance and objectives is my main task for Dubai International Projects (DBIP)

• Recruit New profitable business within the Dubai Market and do close follow ups for every projects

• Build concrete Working Relationship with Corporate and Business Banking Teams and Identify Cross Selling opportunities in Dubai International Projects (DBIP)

• Make sound commercial judgement in order to retain and fully develop the customer base.

• Monitor that all operations are done in compliance to process and procedures

• Ensuring a green rating for Audit, Risk assessments.

• Review and process new merchant applications for Point of Sales and E commerce

• Managing customers' requirements on a face to face basis

• Set up and installation of Point of Sales Terminals in customer premises.

• Establish and maintain relationship with customers and their staff to protect business income.

• Recruitment of new merchants for Point of Sales and E-commerce

• Technical problem resolution for merchants in relation to Point of Sales Terminals, till integration, Dynamic Currency Conversion, M-pos and E commerce.

• Responsible for developing a personal plan to achieve targeted objectives and goals.

• Identify potential merchant and work with Acquiring Manager and Head of Cards on Recruitment

• To assist the Head of Card products in managing the Card Acquiring and issuing Business and have managed to turn the Acquiring business at Barclays Bank from a loss-making business in 2019 to a profitable state in September 2020.
