J'ai piloté le recrutement en grand groupe (TotalEnergies, en RPO à l'échelle européenne) comme en cabinet, et j'accompagne aujourd'hui des entreprises de tous secteurs, de la banque à l'ESN au retail. Je prends en charge le cycle complet, du cadrage du besoin jusqu'à la signature.
Ma spécialité est le sourcing direct : chasse de tête, recherche booléenne et approche des profils passifs. Je gère ensuite les entretiens, l'évaluation, la négociation d'offre et le closing.
