Leading a small team on various projects. In this role, I oversee all project phases, from conception to release and testing. I work on multiple B2B and B2C applications, which are managed with Collective Intelligence to create effective solutions and collaborate with users and cross-functional teams, including Marketing, BA, and IT. To ensure the success of these projects, I create and adapt plans and strategies that are aligned with the project's goals, truck schedules and budgets, provide user-centric solutions that address the specific needs of the end-users.

I specialize in designing B2B applications that enable traders to better manage their transactions and optimize their stock portfolios by visualizing, managing, and analyzing data. To ensure that these applications meet the needs of users, I analyze and study their requirements and propose intuitive interfaces that are adapted to the specificities of various stock markets in Europe, the UK, the US, and Asia. To deliver these applications successfully, I follow a range of best practices, conducting benchmark studies, facilitating co-creation workshops, iterating with users and technical teams, contributing to the backlog and managing the project using an Agile methodology. I also use design systems / Angular Web UI technology To develop solutions that meet the needs of users.

My role is to provide UX design for mobile applications; iOS, Android, and Windows phone, for the German market. I focus on developing apps that enable the purchase and sale of consumer products, ensuring that the design is user-friendly and intuitive for end-users. My work involves conducting research on user behavior, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing and implementing visual interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design aligns with the overall project goals. In short, my expertise in UX/UI design helps to create successful mobile applications that meet the needs of both businesses and consumers in the German market.
