J'ai construit au fil des années un profil polyvalent pour fournir aux entreprises des éléments concrets en vue de leur prise de décision stratégique, quel que soit leur besoin et leur secteur.
Ayant déjà mené à bien une dizaine de projets comme manager, je gère mes missions de bout en bout : validation des attentes, définition du plan de travail, suivi du projet, relecture du livrables, présentation au top management, etc. Pouvant travailler en complète autonomie, j'ai aussi l'habitude d'encadrer des équipes de 2-5 personnes (consultants ou collaborateurs internes) dont je veille à l'équilibre et à la montée en compétences.
