I work in two modes depending on what the project needs:
•Scoped delivery : a defined AI problem, owned end-to-end
•Embedded AI lead : driving roadmap and execution together, without the overhead of a separate PM and engineering layer
Eight years working across IT, Finance and Marketing, with consistent exposure to C-level stakeholders from early on. I’m used to bridging business intent with technical reality and then building it myself.
Currently shipping agentic systems at Lansweeper and as founding engineer of emmascan.io (solo-built AI market intelligence platform with MCP server, agentic web app,sub-second latency on 1500+ tickers).
