I also create personalised pricing and promotional strategies based on where customers are in their lifecycle (first time users, active users, churners, free riders).

Leva is the first CQC-registered digital clinic for people suffering from chronic pain in the UK. The company has become one of the leading players in the chronic pain space by launching partnerships with institutions such as the NHS, ImperiaI, Boots and Connect Health. I was the first employee of Leva, responsible for developing the product vision, monetisation model and marketing strategy of the company.

My role was to own the product vision and develop strategies to maximise the impact on business KPIs (conversion, lifetime value, free user retention and pro user churn).
