My mission was to prevent the churn on the E-commerce part of the company. To accomplish this I created from scratch customer churn models then a customer retention model to give the company strategic data-driven insights. I also learned how to create interfaces to implement such predictive models and I created dashboards.
- Creating complexe queries on SQL to extract data. Using Python on Google Colab:
- Importing huge quantity of data
- Cleaning data
- Testing many various Machine Learning/Deep Learning techniques
- Testing many different parameters to find the most accurate model
- Talking with the business managers to determine the most important metric of the model for the need of the Ecommerce department
- Choosing the best model for our needs and to use it on a day-to-day basis
- Creating a nice interface for the non technical colleagues to use the predictive model and gain strategic insights.
