I am looking for a new challenge as a Product Owner. My tech background gives me an advantage in complex Products, as well as communication with the tech team and a better feel for risks. My real external passion is understanding the market for a real product-desire match, and internally understanding the tech team to better it's efficiency. I have a preference for companies enabling the bettering of their process', albeit I am quite adaptable.

- Product specifications written in Azur DevOps.
- SAFe. Macro estimation for Marketing ; Refinement ; PI Planning, and Sprint Planning.
- Sprint validation, Sprint Review (KPI presentations, PI demo). Release Notes and Product Release.
- Dashboarding/KPIs (with Quality team/Scrum Master). Support during Quality team bug triage.
- Product documentation: structure/corrections/validation (with dedicated Tech Writer).

• Scrum Master of the helicopter Certification Improvement Project. As well as/ including: > Project tooling preparation (GSite - for communication, GDrive - for collaborative work). > Adapting of Agility to specific client context (6 POs in one team, partial availability,..) > Helping POs organize their backlog and form User Stories.
• Coaching on Agile principles – first contact of teams with Agile. Technical environment/Tools:
