Designed and developed a patented ergonomic handling tool (FR3149369A1) reducing work at height by 80% for solar panel installation.
Led the full design and engineering process — from field immersion and concept development to CAD modeling, prototyping, and on-site testing.

Developed a pre-assembly vehicle improving workflow efficiency and operator safety across large-scale solar fields.

Collaborated closely with R&D, HSE, and manufacturing teams to translate operational constraints into industrialized, ergonomic solutions.
This ongoing collaboration has resulted in functional demonstrators and industrialized prototypes for EDF Power Solutions.
