I led the development of anonymization software with a WebUI for the DICOM protocol. The software queries a remote PACS server, retrieves imagery data, anonymizes metadata, and stores everything in an AWS S3 bucket and a correspondence table in AWS DynamoDB.

The CLI and web server were developed in Golang and hosted on a Linux machine. The WebUI was built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with HTMX for interactivity and TailwindCSS for styling.

The project is open-source and hosted on GitHub, utilizing GitHub Actions for CI/CD and GitHub Registry for OCI image storage.

As a developer on the EGNOS V3 project, I was responsible for rebuilding and upgrading a portion of the back-end for a monitoring solution.

I refactored the NodeJS web server, added an authentication system, reduced the number of libraries used, improved code quality, and implemented basic unit tests. In addition to back-end improvements, I also updated and created several UI components.

In a DevOps team, I was responsible for developing and maintaining python scripts and a GitLab CI/CD pipelines for the deployment and validation of Splunk Phantom rules. We took operator rules as input from a Git repository and other storage facilities, validated them against Splunk Phantom's internal validation software, and, if valid, deployed them into staging, pre-staging, and production environments.
