Active member of the Purchase Committee and the Business Continuity Committee. Headed a team of more than 80 employees servicing more than 1800 employees over 92 locations (retail branches, a Head quarter of 18,000 m2 and a Regional building hosting DRC, Supply chain and Archives of 16,000 m2). Responsible to provide support (management of the workplace environment, Logistics, procurement, Archives management, Cash processing and cash in transit, Scanning and indexing of main bank's documents, Security through BMS and security automated controls...) not only locally but also to Subsidiaries in London, Brussels, Paris, Sudan, Armenia, Irak etc.. Implemented the rules of the corporate governance at the Administration by steering organizational change, and initiating the Risk mapping related to the Administration & Support activities in close collaboration with Group Risk management and Compliance. Increased efficiency in many support activities, such as workplace management, Archives management (new methodology for indexing), scanning, cash in Transit, mail and office supplies storage and distribution. I have initiated these changes and helped attaining the branch network business objectives by aligning people, process, and technology. After Oracle EERP (EBS) was implemented Administration and Budget control unit helped in reducing the number of Fraud incidents . Internal control automated system and reporting helped in the detection of these fraud incidents, and essential to the Property management tool. Change management was at the base of an increasing productivity of the Administration department who witnessed an expansion of the bank where the number of branches increased from 34 to 92 within 2 decades. Our operating costs were reduced by 4 millions USD over 7 years. The implementation of a EPMS (electrical power monitoring system) helped us reduce energy bills by a better control of the power sources over the entire bank's branch network.
