- Integrating the acquisitions by standardizing the financial materials, generating the identified synergies and accompanying the acquisitions' Management in the practical fields. Financial communication:

- Producing the monthly report for all business units of the Group;

- Producing financial materials for the LBO's banks' follow-up;

- Accompanying the accounting director, the accounting firm, the consolidating firm and the auditor during the closing period. Financial control:

- Improving pricing process and negotiating budgets with clients;

- Optimizing the G&A costs by identifying unnecessary costs and renegotiating contracts;

- Optimizing the working capital by accompanying the accounting director and his team in the payables and receivables' management;

- Simulated debt arrangement (debt relief & rescheduling) according to the cash available for debt servicing
