Hyper-croissance : Interim COO chez Futurewave (+300% de revenus) et restructuration globale de Turismo (pivot de modèle et déploiement international).

Méthodologies : Implémentation de frameworks éprouvés (EOS, ADKAR, Design Thinking) pour garantir l'adoption du changement et la rigueur d'exécution.
