En tant qu'ingénieur système, la mission consiste à accompagner la transformation du workplace vers un écosystème cible s'appuyant sur Okta pour la gestion des identités, Google Workspace et Slack pour la collaboration, Siit pour le ticketing, Snipe-IT pour la gestion des assets, Jumpcloud pour le pilotage du MDM ainsi que d'autres outils (Box, Sailpoint).
Cette évolution vise à moderniser l'environnement de travail en automatisant le cycle de vie des utilisateurs et en garantissant la sécurité des accès aux ressources critiques de l'entreprise.

Réalisations principales :

Snipe-IT : déploiement complet (import devices, SSO Okta, LDAP Interface, sync auto, doc Confluence, passation Helpdesk).
Migration Slack post-acquisition: audit du workspace, recréation des apps de monitoring, duplication des channels, fermeture définitive du workspace source.
Ownership Siit (helpdesk ticketing) : refonte des formulaires, recréation des workflows Jira vers Siit, workflow automatisé de reset MFA Okta, modification du workflow 1Password, playbooks agent Siit, doc et passation.
Apps Slack & n8n : SPOC pour toutes les intégrations (n8n-product-ops, monitoring Snowflake, webhooks tickets), gestion des scopes OAuth.
Transition Jamf Connect → JumpCloud Device Identity : analyse PSSO Okta vs JumpCloud, coordination Lyvoc & Netopie, policies Jamf de bascule via authchanger, extension d'attribut pour identifier le système d'authentification.
IAM core : mapping Siit ↔ Okta, bascule source Workday → Okta, debug XPath manager, coordination Mercer pour Hibob/Workday, correction du script ADOP employee IDs externes.
Google / Intune / Chrome : déblocage Gemini Android (validation Legal des termes Google), publication d'une extension Chrome custom, décommission CP Jamf bloquant Trelica.
