▶ Configuration and Deployment: Collected business requirements, designed modules for Onboarding, Performance Reviews, Recruitment, Training, and Salary Negotiations (NAO), and managed system interfaces. Facilitated workshops, focus groups, UAT, and impact analysis.

▶ Change Management Support: Led HR workshops and manager sessions, and developed Change Management materials to drive process and mindset adoption.
