I design and deliver AI-driven automation systems for enterprise clients at EverWorker. I work end-to-end - from scoping and architecture to build and production support - with a focus on systems that are reliable, not just demos.

My work spans both go-to-market and internal operations. On the GTM side, I’ve led implementations around AI SDR and multi-channel outreach, CRM deduplication and enrichment, content pipelines, and marketing analytics. On the internal side, I’ve built agents for goal setting, performance evaluation, and operational workflows (reporting, process automation, data consistency).

A large part of the role is making AI behave in production. I design systems where AI outputs are consistent, reliable, and usable by downstream processes, and ensure they remain stable over time as usage scales.

The platform itself is intentionally lightweight, which means I often need to move fast, adapt, and work around limitations. I regularly extend its capabilities to overcome technical constraints and deliver solutions that hold up in real environments. This has pushed me to be pragmatic, inventive, and focused on outcomes rather than tooling.

Rather than focusing on specific tools, I design integration patterns and automation flows that remain stable, maintainable, and aligned with business processes.

I also contribute to platform evolution (feature design, integration patterns, model management) and support hiring for profiles transitioning from platforms like UiPath.

Most of my work starts with a specific problem and evolves into longer-term collaboration as systems scale.

Stack: JavaScript/Node.js, Postgres, Supabase, OAuth/JWT, vector databases, and LLM orchestration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini).

I spent several years at UiPath as a Senior RPA Developer, with the role evolving alongside the product - from traditional RPA into AI-driven and agentic automation, including early work around Agent Builder and orchestrated human-agent-robot workflows.

I led implementation and migration projects end-to-end across multiple industries (banking, telco, healthcare, manufacturing). This covered scoping, solution design, build, deployment, and post-production support - staying involved long enough to validate that automations actually worked in real environments.

Over time, the work shifted toward AI-infused automation: Document Understanding, AI Center, and hybrid workflows combining deterministic automation with LLM-driven components. This intersection — where agents, robots, and human inputs need to operate coherently within the same process — became a core focus and directly shaped my current work.

I was the go-to point of contact for anything related to Orchestrator and Automation Cloud (including Automation Suite for on-prem environments). This included environment setup, governance, queues, triggers, and managing version migrations. I was typically involved when teams needed clarity on how to structure or scale their automation landscape.

I also worked closely with the Product team, providing feedback from real client implementations, testing early features, and helping identify what would realistically hold up in production.

Alongside delivery, I contributed to UiPath Academy, developing self-paced courses, instructor-led training, and certification materials used by developers and partners globally.

I also mentored developers and partners, and helped standardize delivery practices across teams.

Delivered automation programs for 20+ enterprise clients globally, working across roles including developer, business analyst, and solution architect depending on project needs. Involved from initial scoping through to implementation and rollout, with a strong focus on making automation usable and maintainable in real environments.

Led and supported large-scale migration initiatives, including transitions from classic to modern folders and broader Orchestrator upgrades. Contributed to defining and refining migration methodologies used across teams and client projects.

Played a key role in product support and ecosystem tooling, including ownership of the Orchestrator Manager Marketplace component (maintenance, feature development, and support). Recognized internally as a subject matter expert for Orchestrator and Automation Cloud, particularly around setup, scaling, and migration.

Worked extensively with customers and partners through advanced training sessions (100+ delivered), helping teams move from basic automation to more structured, enterprise-ready implementations.

Also contributed to documentation and learning materials, supporting both internal teams and the broader UiPath ecosystem.
