• • Owned the full backend of the HR management system across multiple microservices (Quarkus, Java, Kafka,

PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• • Led a production migration from "Roles to Scopes" across 10+ microservices: SQL scripts, JWT scope injection,

custom security filters, and MDC injection to enable distributed tracing across all services — significantly

reducing production troubleshooting time via Kibana.

• • Optimised a critical backend flow from 15s to 1–2s (~90% faster) — reworked Kafka partitioning, batch

processing and consumer concurrency, and replaced repetitive API calls with batched requests.

• • Built the Flutter mobile app from scratch (BLoC, feature-based architecture): biometric auth, ML Kit document

scanner, real-time WebSocket listener, offline file upload queue with auto-retry, and file transfers.

• • Set up the full CI/CD mobile pipeline with Fastlane and GitLab CI — automated deployments to App Store & Google Play, Firebase App Distribution, Crashlytics, and Analytics.

• • Built a fintech mobile app from scratch and shipped it to App Store & Google Play, backed by distributed

microservices; authored Dockerfiles and Docker Compose configs and managed GCP resources (Cloud Storage, VMs).

• • Mentored 2 Flutter interns and 1 backend intern, supporting onboarding, code reviews, and day-to-day guidance.

• • Fixed production bugs across the full stack — from web frontend issues to backend services.
